The Fulbright FLTA Program, administered by the U.S. Department of State, is designed to develop mutual understanding between the U.S. and other nations through educational exchange. FLTAs are placed in American colleges and universities to assist in teaching foreign languages while also taking courses in American studies, pedagogy, or related fields.
